We've had several great questions come up during and after the conference, so here are the answers to a few of your "Frequently Asked Questions."
Q: I visited the address Dave announced for John Burke's website and got the home page for a Reggae band. What is it really?
A: Dave is only capable of reading what is in front of him. The REAL address for all the free resources and 50% off deal on case quantities for John's book is: soulrevolution.net.
Q: I tried to find streaming and downloadable videos and MP3s of Main Sessions and Breakouts online. Where are you hiding them?
A: Go to the resources page of our website, type part of the name of the breakout in the search box at the upper right of the page, and click "Go." Nearly every breakout has a downloadable MP3 and CD available. All Main Sessions and Featured Breakouts also have DVDs, streaming video (flash) for personal use, and downloadable video (QuickTime and Windows Media) for projecting to a large group offline.
Q: Where are the online breakout handouts?
A: Only a few breakout speakers provided online handouts, but you can find them at the end of the breakout description on the conference website. Navigate to the breakout (by session) and click to download the pdf. file.
Q: What is "ITAG?" It kept showing up on the screen at the beginning of each session. Is that the online version of the game we played as kids?
A: Each main session opened with an example of something that started with one person and added another until a group was formed. One person could not have done it alone. ITAG = It Takes A Group (to do that).
Q: What are the books in the "Fall Reading Kit" you gave away from the stage?
A: These four are the latest from some of our conference speakers plus all-time favorite John Ortberg. Soul Revolution by John Burke; The Blue Parakeet by Scot McKnight; Transformational Architecture by Ron Martoia; and Fear and Doubt by John Ortberg.
